Membership and Terms of Use

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is established electronically between Canan Altun ("Fe Silhouette" or "Company") and the person who creates a membership on www.fesilhouette.com ("Site") ("Member"), upon the Member's approval of the membership form.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of the Member's use of the Site and to regulate the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. MEMBERSHIP

Membership begins when the registration form on the Site is filled out with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and this Agreement is approved in an electronic environment.

The Member;

  • Declares that they are at least 18 years old,
  • That the information provided is accurate and current,
  • And that they will update any changes to their information without delay

accepts and declares.

Any legal and criminal liability that may arise from providing false or incomplete information belongs to the Member.

The membership account is personal. The Member is solely responsible for protecting their username and password. The Company is not responsible for any damages that may arise if the account is used by third parties.

If the Member notices that their account has been used without authorization, they are obliged to immediately report the situation to info@fesilhouette.com.

4. MEMBER'S OBLIGATIONS

The Member;

  • Accepts and undertakes that they will use the Site in accordance with applicable legislation,
  • Will not engage in behavior contrary to public order, general morality, or the rights of third parties,
  • Will not perform any action that threatens the security of the Site, disrupts its systems, or causes damage,
  • Will not use viruses, malicious software, or similar technologies,
  • Will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

In case of non-compliance with these obligations, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership without any prior notice.

5. COMPANY'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Canan Altun has the right to;

  • Change the products, prices, campaigns, and services offered on the Site without prior notice,
  • Temporarily suspend services due to maintenance and development work on the Site,
  • Take necessary technical precautions for security purposes,
  • Suspend or terminate the membership if unlawful use is detected.

The Company is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to interruptions caused by internet connections or technical infrastructure.

The Member's personal data is processed within the scope of the KVKK Clarification Text, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

6. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

The Member may request the deletion of their membership at any time by sending an e-mail to info@fesilhouette.com.

The Company may unilaterally terminate the membership in cases of;

  • Violation of this Agreement,
  • Detection of unlawful use,
  • Creation of a fake membership,
  • Violation of the rights of other users.

The termination of membership does not eliminate the rights and obligations of the parties regarding previously placed orders.

7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Turkish Law shall be applied in the implementation of this Agreement.

In disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade each year.

8. ENTRY INTO FORCE

By checking the "I have read and accept the Membership Agreement" box while creating a membership on the Site, the Member is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this Agreement.

TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use are valid for the www.fesilhouette.com website operated by Canan Altun.

Anyone who visits or uses the Site is deemed to have accepted the following terms.

1. General Provisions

www.fesilhouette.com serves to promote and sell products belonging to the Fe Silhouette brand.

Canan Altun reserves the right to change, update, or remove the products, prices, campaigns, visuals, content, and services on the Site without prior notice.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The following items found on the Site are protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and the Industrial Property Law No. 6769:

  • Fe Silhouette brand,
  • Logo,
  • Designs,
  • Photographs,
  • Product images,
  • Videos,
  • Texts,
  • Graphics,
  • Software

These contents cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes. Use without written permission creates legal and criminal liability.

3. Rules of Use

The User accepts that they will not use the Site for unlawful purposes, jeopardize the security of the system, install malicious software, violate the rights of other users, or perform any action that would prevent the Site from functioning.

4. Limitation of Liability

Canan Altun does not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption. She is not responsible for interruptions caused by technical maintenance, infrastructure problems, or force majeure. She accepts that minor color differences may occur between product images and the actual product due to screen settings. She is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked through the Site.

5. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data obtained during the use of the Site is processed within the framework of the KVKK Clarification Text, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. Payment transactions are securely carried out through the infrastructure of PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. Your credit card information is not recorded or stored by Canan Altun.

6. Right of Amendment

Canan Altun reserves the right to update these Terms of Use, the Membership Agreement, and other legal texts on the Site at any time, provided they comply with applicable legislation. Updated texts enter into force from the date of their publication.

7. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are subject to Turkish Law. In disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
