ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

BUYER

Name, surname, address, telephone number, and e-mail information are as specified in the order form filled out electronically during the order process.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER via the www.fesilhouette.com website, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 3 - CONTRACT PRODUCT, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY

The product(s) subject to the order; its/their:

  • Type,
  • Kind,
  • Model,
  • Color,
  • Size,
  • Quantity,
  • Unit price,
  • Sales price including all taxes,
  • Shipping fee

are as specified in the order summary and the payment screen.

Payment transactions are carried out through PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., which provides a secure payment infrastructure.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY

The product subject to the order is sent to the delivery address provided by the BUYER during the order process via the contracted courier company.

As required by law, the delivery period shall in no case exceed 30 (thirty) days.

It is recommended to check the product package during delivery.

It is important not to accept damaged packages and to have a damage report drawn up by the courier officer.

The SELLER is not responsible for the non-delivery of the order due to the BUYER not being at the delivery address.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal granted under the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 only within the terms specified in the relevant legislation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to info@fesilhouette.com within the legal period.

As part of the after-sales services provided by Fe Silhouette, product exchange is offered to customers as a priority.

Processes to be applied in cases where the right of withdrawal can be exercised legally are subject to the provisions of the relevant legislation.

ARTICLE 6 - CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products specially prepared or personalized in line with the consumer's requests,
  • Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene due to their packaging being opened,
  • Products that are not suitable for return due to their nature,
  • Other products and services excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal under legislation.

ARTICLE 7 - EXCHANGE POLICY

Fe Silhouette prioritizes customer satisfaction.

For delivered products, if exchange conditions are met, an exchange for a different product may be made within 14 (fourteen) days, subject to size, color, or stock availability.

For an exchange to be made, the product must be;

  • Unused,
  • Unwashed,
  • Un-ironed,
  • With the label intact,
  • In a condition suitable for resale.

ARTICLE 8 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

The BUYER;

acknowledges that they have read and are informed about the basic characteristics of the product, its sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and all other preliminary information, and have provided the necessary approval electronically.

The SELLER;

is responsible for delivering the product subject to the order complete, without defects, and in accordance with the order.

If the product subject to the order cannot be supplied, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER within 3 (three) days from the date they learn of the situation.

In cases where a refund is legally required, the collected amount shall be refunded to the BUYER within the period specified by the applicable legislation.

ARTICLE 9 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data shared by the BUYER during the order is processed within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

ARTICLE 10 - RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Turkish Law shall apply to disputes that may arise from the implementation of this Agreement.

In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located at the consumer's place of residence or where the transaction took place are authorized, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade each year.

ARTICLE 11 - ENFORCEMENT

By completing the order and carrying out the payment transaction via the www.fesilhouette.com website, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Distance Sales Agreement electronically.

This Agreement enters into force upon the electronic confirmation of the order.
