This Pre-Information Form has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for the purpose of informing consumers who shop via the www.fesilhouette.com website before placing an order.

3. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment transactions are carried out through PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., which provides a secure payment infrastructure on the www.fesilhouette.com website.

Orders start to be prepared after payment confirmation is received and are generally delivered to the courier company within 1 to 5 business days under normal conditions.

The delivery period shall not exceed 30 (thirty) days in any case, as required by law.

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the consumer during the order.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the resolution of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located at the consumer's place of residence or where the transaction took place are authorized, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade each year.

The consumer acknowledges and declares that before completing the order on the www.fesilhouette.com website, they have read and reviewed this Pre-Information Form in the electronic environment, and that they have been provided with the necessary information regarding the basic features of the product, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, legal rights, and all other matters.

Upon the electronic approval of this Pre-Information Form, the Distance Sales Contract will be established, and by completing the order, the consumer is deemed to have read and accepted this form and acknowledged that the pre-information has been provided to them in full.
