This Explicit Consent Text has been prepared within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the KVKK Clarification Text provided by Canan Altun (Fe Silhouette) and that I have been duly informed regarding the processing of my personal data.

In this context;

I grant my EXPLICIT CONSENT, freely, with full knowledge, and without any duress, to the processing of my identity information (name, surname), contact information (phone number and e-mail address), shopping information, order history, product preferences, interests, feedback provided on campaigns, website usage information, and cookie records by Canan Altun (Fe Silhouette) for the following purposes:

  • Creating special or general campaigns, discounts, promotions, and advantages for me,
  • Increasing customer satisfaction,
  • Analyzing my shopping habits,
  • Conducting segmentation, profiling, and statistical analysis studies,
  • Offering personalized product, collection, and content recommendations,
  • Conducting personalized marketing activities via e-mail, SMS, and other digital communication channels,
  • Carrying out personalized advertising and marketing activities on digital advertising platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and similar,

I also grant my EXPLICIT CONSENT to the sharing of this data, limited to these purposes, with:

  • Shopify e-commerce infrastructure,
  • Google Analytics,
  • Google Ads,
  • Google Tag Manager,
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram),
  • PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. (only to the extent necessary),
  • E-mail and SMS delivery service providers,
  • Business partners providing advertising, analysis, and marketing services,
  • Cloud computing and server service providers

and to its transfer abroad in accordance with the relevant provisions of the KVKK due to the use of servers located abroad by these service providers.

I acknowledge that I have been informed that I can withdraw my explicit consent at any time without providing any reason, and that the withdrawal of my consent will not affect the lawfulness of the data processing activities carried out prior to the date of withdrawal.
